Description The grapes used to produce our 2007 Shannon Ridge Lake County Viognier have a wonderful aromatic intensity with tropical notes of guava, star fruit and peaches. On the palate there is a nice crisp wellbalanced silky richness. This wine was barrel fermented to add a creamy richness and we blended a small amount of Gewurztraminer in to help bring out the tropical fruit aromas.
